This might actually be the lamest way to "prepare myelf" for Italy, and it is also 100% a joke. But what's not a joke is this gelato. It was 100% amazing.
5 out of 5 would recommend.
I will say though, one of the things I'm most excited for is the food and wine of Italy. While that may not come as a surprise to any of you, I still think it's important to acknowledge. This may accidentally yet swiftly become a food blog. Oops, what do you want me to do about it?
I'm enrolling in a Wine & Culture class, so drinking at school has become acceptable and encouraged. God bless Europe. This might be my favorite class yet.
